All youth between the ages of 11 to 24 have access to no-cost medical, dental, and counseling services even if you’re not a member. Call 510-481-4556 for an appointment.

Welcome to the Fuente Wellness Center, which provides no-cost medical services for youth (11-24) through La Clínica. Services include physicals, treatment of illness, immunizations, dental health, confidential STI screening/prevention, pregnancy testing/options, birth control, and much more.

During COVID-19: Whether you are a new or existing patient (or are a parent of a child) between the ages of 11 and 24, you can now make phone appointments by calling 510-481-4556. In-person appointments are only available as needed. Students can make medical, counseling, and health education appointments. A medical provider will be available by phone between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to answer medical questions, give advice, and send medication refills to pharmacies during school closures.

Food Distribution

COMMUNITY PANTRY FOR FAMILIES
IN NEED IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Access community food distribution on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Lines start at 10:45 am in front of REACH and extend into Jack Holland, Sr. Park. This walk-up distribution sources food from the Alameda County Community Food Bank and is a partnership of: REACH, the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office, the Deputy Sheriff’s Activities League, and community volunteers.
